Greg`s practice focuses on insurance coverage and defence in the personal injury area. Since 1986, he has represented clients at all levels of court and tribunals, litigating and arbitrating a wide variety of tort and statutory accident benefit claims. In addition, he is active in facilitating the resolution of claims on behalf of his clients through mediation and other forms of alternate dispute resolution.
Greg writes and speaks about privacy issues that affect insurers and represents their interests on privacy issues involving the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Personal Health information Protection Act (PHIPA).
Greg graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and completed his law degree at the University of Ottawa Law School. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1986. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Advocates' Society and the Canadian Defence Lawyers.
