Dan Inkpen

Dan’s practice areas of interest include bodily injury matters arising from motor vehicle accidents, non-motor vehicle bodily injury claims, coverage issues, accident benefits, subrogation, and loss transfer. Dan has represented insurers and their insureds at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and  at Licence Appeal Tribunal proceedings, as well as in Small Claims Court trials and at Superior Court proceedings. Originally from Newfoundland, Dan’s personal interests include running, skiing, and travelling.
