KATHLEEN received her Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo in 2005 and went on to obtain her law degree from Queen`s University in Kingston, graduating in 2008. Kathleen was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2009 after completing her articling year with Samis & Company.

Kathleen`s practice areas of interest include accident benefit litigation and arbitrations, tort litigation, priority and loss transfer disputes, as well as subrogation matters.

Kathleen is a member, in good standing, of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Defence Lawyers.

Kathleen enjoys many athletic pursuits, and is as comfortable on a ski slope as she is in a sand trap. She remains active by playing hockey, volleyball and softball. She is also an avid baker and has developed a recent affinity for kenken.
