KEVIN has an Honours Bachelor of Science (Life Sciences) from Queen's University, which he received in 1989. While at Queens he was also awarded "Three Star" Intramural and Varsity Athletic Letters. He subsequently obtained his Law degree from the University of New Brunswick in 1992 and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1994.

Kevin has spent his entire career dealing with personal injury and disability compensation issues. He initially practiced Workers' Compensation and Plaintiff's personal injury litigation for a number of years and continues to carry on an active practice relating to workplace safety and injury issues. He now often acts for insurers in matters where there is an issue over a claimant's right to maintain a personal injury action where they have a viable WSIB claim.

In recent years, however, his practice has evolved to include a much more substantial component of tort and accident benefit claims litigation, including priority and loss transfer matters.

Kevin lives with his family in Toronto.

He is interested in all sports and, in particular, motorcycles.
