DAVID graduated from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University and was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2006. Before obtaining his law degree, David completed a Bachelor of Arts degree (Hons.) in History at York University.

David practices insurance defence litigation with a focus on first and third party motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario where he has conducted motions, trials, arbitrations and an appeal.

Prior to joining Samis & Company, David practiced plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.

In his spare time, David enjoys playing hockey, baseball and golf and spending time with his wife and young daughter.
